U.S. Army Col. Douglas Wheelock, physicist Shannon Walker and Navy Capt. Scott Kelly voted from international space station in elections that happened yesterday. See cnn article about astronauts cast ballots from space. If Americans can vote from space, why can not non resident Indians vote from distant land?
It is every Indian's right and duty to vote for electing their representatives and law makers of India. They also need help for resolving their issues related to immigration, taxation, protection and investment and need their voice to be heard. They are also interested and aware of Indian politics just like resident Indians are. This blog tries to explain the need for such voting, methods and news updates. Sign online petition for absentee voting and please show your support.
