Three astronauts voted from space on Nov 2nd 2010
U.S. Army Col. Douglas Wheelock, physicist Shannon Walker and Navy Capt. Scott Kelly voted from international space station in elections that happened yesterday. See cnn article about astronauts cast ballots from space. If Americans can vote from space, why can not non resident Indians vote from distant land?
